Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear, fair policies for our professional services
1. Project Milestones & Cancellation
At Deepmtrx Digital, we work closely with clients to define clear deliverables and milestones before work begins. Either party may cancel an ongoing project engagement by providing written notice.
Upon cancellation:
- The client is responsible for payment of all completed and approved project milestones up to the cancellation date.
- All assets, code, and deliverables completed up to the paid milestones will be handed over to the client.
- Unearned deposit amounts for work not yet commenced will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
2. Retainer & Maintenance Services
Monthly maintenance, hosting support, and technical support retainers may be canceled at any time with a 15-day advance written notice before the next billing cycle.
3. Dispute Resolution & Revisions
We are committed to delivering practical, high-quality results. If a deliverable does not match the agreed specifications, our team provides included revision rounds during the project phase to address any discrepancies before final sign-off.
